Lina Nilsson is the the Head of Market Development at Enlitic where she oversees the integration of the company’s deep learning technology into medical diagnostics and healthcare decision making. Most recently, Lina was the Innovation Director at the Blum Center for Developing Economies at the University of California, Berkeley, where she helped design and implement a $25M initiative to more efficiently spin out new technologies from the university. Lina has been recognized on MIT Technology Review’s "TR35" annual list of the world's top 35 innovators under the age of 35, and her writings have been published in the New York Times, Washington Post, Science, and Make Magazine. Lina holds a doctorate from ETH Zurich and received the ETH Medal for her dissertation on bacterial infections. While in Switzerland, Lina solidified her passion for ski mountaineering.
