Data Haves, and Have-Nots

Keynote Address
Monday, November 7, 2016 - 9:10 am

Behind this 80/20 rule lurks an uncomfortable truth: access to data, not data scientists, is the real source of power. In this talk I'll discuss the practical consequences, for both consumers and corporations.
